Annual Fire Safety Inspection

As discussed in the 24/6/2020 blog post 'Fire Safety - Our Statutory Requirements', a qualified fire safety assessor will attend our building to:

prepare a fire safety schedule;
conduct an annual inspection of existing fire safety measures; and
prepare an Annual Fire Safety Statement which our strata manager will keep on file.

This will be the first time that our building has undergone these important procedures. All residents should have received a notice earlier this month. The assessor will require access to each unit. Please plan to provide such access on Friday, 25 September 2020 between 7am to 9am.
