As previously noted, some of our infrastructure that is strung along our boundary with 46VP is in very poor condition. In particular, the freshwater supply line that feeds the outdoor and garage taps is extremely fragile. It broke twice a week ago. The water line has been isolated. The contractor on 46VP has repaired it once, but then it broke again in another location. The contractor intends to repair it again, but it is best to keep this water shut off due to the very poor condition of the piping. The SC intends to replace the infrastructure along this boundary which includes irrigation, fresh water, lighting electrics, and irrigation controls.
Please do not open the isolation valve to these outdoor taps. Thank you!
